Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement governs SMS communications between you (“Customer” or “User”) and Stiles Mobile Detailing LLC, doing business as Stiles Mobile Detailing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California limited liability company. By providing your phone number through our website, quote forms, advertising campaigns (including Facebook or Google), in-person interactions, written agreements, or verbal consent, you agree to receive text messages from Stiles Mobile Detailing related to service quotes, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, arrival notifications, billing reminders, and customer service communications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message frequency varies depending on service activity and customer interaction. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and have authority to consent to receive messages at that number. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts unless renewed consent is provided. We maintain records of SMS consent in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers and consent data are used solely for communication related to our services and are shared only with messaging service providers and telecommunications carriers as necessary to deliver SMS communications in compliance with applicable regulations. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
